What is the worst about loving is something you may ask?
Well the thing I sure think is the most painfull task
Not with the rejection, as some people would say
But dealing with the people inside you, day after day
Heart says forget the pain and the misery, just forget it all!
You want that girl so badly, so why don't you call?
Then again he starts rambling, what if your wrong?
Why do you keep tortureing youself with this song!
Guy in your head adds some logic, says it's time to let go
Heart screams back, but you really love her you know!
Head like a computer, calculates good and bad
Doesn't understand the meaning of being so sad
Heart on the other hand is a mysterious kind of guy
In charge of everything from a laugh to a cry
Hence the battle within you just don't go away
You try to ignore them, but they're in you to stay
Wish they'd all be quiet, so I can just think
All this confusion going on, I sure need a drink!
Why the heart always prevails though, I still have no clue
Cause in real life, there's nothing I can do
Case of heartbreak defined here, pretty darn well
After thinking it over, of this I can tell
Not being with someone you really love and miss
Yes, this is certainly on top of the list!

Well, that just about defines heartbreak! I'd say listen to your heart!
