I wrote all these together earlier this evening, so you guys get a threefur, three for the efforts of one!

Enjoy!

Resound

The silence in my life resounds,
is it destined to remain.
Forever alone,
used to be independence,
but now it has become to much.
To much time,
not enough companionship.
Not enough love.
Dreams seem useless.
Starting to look forward to being alone.
For no one else stands ahead.
And no one behind.
Just me,
standing alone,
while the silence in my life,
resounds.

Beauty

Beauty,
in the likeness of God we are made.
Each a beautiful work of art.
Carved by the Master's hands,
ever so gently,
always with love.
Beauty,
when the outside shows imperfection,
the true goodness shines within.
For it is only there,
that true beauty can be found.

Music of words

Words are music,
likenesses of the soul.
Singing loudly,
in times of joy.
Humming softly,
in times of sorrow.
A universal communication.
Touching all who read,
all who listen.
We as poets,
have a key that unlocks all.
Unlocks our hearts.

Wonderful work on all of these, my friend!  I feel very priveleged to get a sneak peak at them.  I especially liked "Resound".  Beautiful work, keep it up!

Like a gust of wind, ne'er trapped in a snare,
Like a lotus blossom, ne'er sprinkled by water,
Let me, like a unicorn, in solitude roam.*~ Hymn Of Buddha

... and three delightful poems they are, Kelly -- well done!

--Kess

PS:  The first was my favourite, but then that's just my mood

Full fathom five thy father lies,
Of his bones are coral made,
Those are pearls that were his eyes;
Nothing of him that doth fade
But doth suffer a sea-change
Into something rich and strange...

Thanks alot guys!  But I've began to wonder, if anyone here has ever written a POS (piece of ****) poem yet.  And if they had, would anyone tell them?     Ya just wonder!

Later guys!  Thanks so much!
