IMPAIRED CHOICE

Born with many years of life,
But tapped only a little,
Get filled with nothing but strife.
For one so young,
Dreams of pleasure and delight,
Are torn and left unsung.
We struggle with the test,
And hurtfully so many fail,
Just like the rest.
All the over powering voices,
Make for some difficult choices.
With any doubt,
Soon you feel without pout.
Thrown into the sky,
Like a rainbow, shinning high.
Suddenly the soul falls so solemn,
Until you hit rock bottom.
Unsaved as far as you can tell,
You're spending now an eternity in hell,
As you yearn to glide again,
Trusting you'll be closer to Heaven,
When lost in the illusion grasp of Satan.

This is a beautiful poem! It made me think to understand several of the lines, but that made me enjoy it all the more!

I agree with just have to agree with all the above!  And add my own Welcome! to the bunch!

May I never be too busy to help another's load,
Then I'll be drinking from the saucer 'cause my cup has overflowed.

BRAVO!

WELCOME!

Hang around here long enough
and satan will have no choice
BUT to release any grasp.
Nice to have you with us.
