" Save me "

Here I sit
Where I was
Who I've seen
So many places
I've never been
Hurt I feel inside
Eyes scared open wide
Somewhere else I need to be
I am gone, not me
I look at a broken soul
A girl crying aloud
For help not found
She lost the way
No one stays
Alone today
So drug in hand
Here I am
Ready to end my life
Then into my mind
A thought of you arise
And I drop to the floor
To die would mean you no more
My heart it cant let me win
See you have it there in you within

As the brew mellows, this too will give you flavor and punch whiskey...

Great poem, you've really captured the power of love in this one.

it's here with me

till the day comes
that your here with me
