Cold eyes imploring;

And I come upon her lie
Her voice as soft as thunder..
Feeling lost in plain sight
In the darkness reigns her name
Beauty lost to most I see
just like flowers blossoming in the rain

Somewhere in my burning night
She flickers in to veiw
So yet somewhere in my fields of pain
There are flowers blossoming in the rain

Yet I cry to live a bit more..
For just a moment I feel that brutal truth
Just for once

to make quick these feelings I often feign

And, to see the flowers blossoming in the rain

For a fateful night of passion, since my heart need one last vent, I believe I am willing to pay that black widows rent...

An interesting albeit curious piece.   I enjoyed your "blossoming in the rain" metaphorical imagery.

You have some great imagery in this poem.  It's funny how the hurt brings out the best in your talent! Cheer up you romantic poet!

Excellent For_Never.
I love the second stanza

A difficult but rewarding poem. I love the recurring image, too. I'm just imagining a cluster of flowers weighed down in mud, leaves glistening, crumbs of dirt darkening and sliding down the leaves, stems pushing forward, down ... well, you get the idea.
