GET WELL HOOT OWL! It's a strange new world, a whole new place Without your fine poetic grace It seems you are quite ill, my dear And to my heart this brings a tear Without you here on Passions, Ruth It seems quite odd, to tell the truth Awaking every day, my friend With not one poem from your pen My fervent prayers are with you now That God will lift you up somehow And bless you with his heavenly grace And put a smile back on my face Get well soon, Hoot Love ya, Liz [This message has been edited by Elizabeth Santos (edited 01-17-2000).] |

Oh Elizabeth, thank you so much. The poem is lovely. Wish I could say I was better, but if anything, I'm worse. I visited the doctor on Friday with chest pain and palpataions that he says is due from dehydration. Today I've been out of bed a total of maybe 2 hours max. I'm going to try to get into another doctor tomorrow, I'm bothered by the fact that I've been sick for two weeks now and it doesn't show any signs of running it's course. Sorry I haven't been visiting here or posting, but have done no writing as of late. Thanks for your concern and your prayers. Love You, Ruth |

Hey, Ruth, have them check you for a bacterial infection....I heard on the news last night that alot of people are being treated for the flu and it actually needs antibiotics...'cause it's not the flu....feel better and get back into bed! That hospital should be ashamed of itself for not giving you all sick pay, too.
