             A Candle's Light
The news came today, of your tragic fate
in a world of harm, such feelings of hate
Why are there those who harm, our soft and young
leaving us with quesitons whose answers never come
You were so young, a bright future ahead
and now your light is out, leaving hearts to dread
The world that seemed safe with no thought of harm
is now gray, forever without your charm
The violence out there, it seems too much
for it has taken your smile and your gentle touch
It is we,the ones left behind to remember how bright
our world was when it had your candle's light.

This is lovely.
Welcome to Passion's.
Hope the candle burns brightly

Whatever his fortunes or birth.~~~Alice Cary, ~Nobility~
