Am I so cursed to see tomorrow
when others fail to look
just one day I’d like to borrow
a page of their story book.

And after every word was read
id tear the page in spite
than lose myself inside my head
as thoughts begin to write.

So many pages  left undone
I’m running out of ink.
who died and made me the one
to suffer as I think.

As usual, great wording and rhymes, and also very dark and almost bitter. I remember when I started, I couldn't seem to find a sense of humor in my writing, though I had plenty in real life. With such a smiley photo of you next to your poems, there's a sort of irony. I'm not knocking your work though; far from it. I am saying, though, feel free to spread out whenever, and if ever, you're ready. I'm excited to see what you could accomplish.

All great thinkers suffer, Kevin. You'll get used to it!.....hehehehehe...but seriously, you are a very gifted writer, Kevin. And unfortunately, thinking is a prerequisite!

Oh, the curses of foresight.  What a life it would be to not have to "think".  Great poem, Kevin.  Just a side note...you're a much better thinker than you would be a lemming...LOL

A lemming would never go to bed without being told, Kevin...

G'night.

This is a great poem.
I can relate to
thinking way too much into things
sometimes i get out of hand and lose sight of whats important.
Loved the poem.

Kevin -

As usual ... you spin a good one.
Mystery ... intrigue ... just you.
Inside your head the stories,
inside your heart the ink.

Kevin...bitterness, yes, but tempered with wisdom, and wonderfully crafted. Very well written.
