Its better to be on the outside..looking in...feeling nothing

submerge yourself
be patient and let it all out
these feelings,these emotions
will only bring you harm
and anger
its sad when you begin
to no longer care
..realize you are the stranger
to the world you thought you knew
an outsider..its pleasing you
to watch them go
and leave you all alone
its an awakening
its an end
not just the focus
of someone elses...sin

I think the best place to be when someone hurts us so deeply is on the 'outside'...in the sense of detaching from the pain and focusing on others while we heal!
