All I ever wanted was your affection
A little push in the right direction
I wanted you to want me,
half as much as I want you
Then darkness filled your eyes
No sun shined in, it passed you by

We use to laugh at the thought of leaving,
all our worry's and troubles behind
But some where, it got tangled
And love left your heart, and mind

Happiness was out of reach,
the tenderness left from your speech
So fragile, yet you held fast
You were sure nothing was meant to last

Your heart took to the road
You let no one share your load
Day's were better left alone
You lost, your direction home

I sometimes look back on how things got here
And I still fail to see the turn
I guess its something that in time,
I will learn

So when the clouds cover the sunshine
Or when the rain turns blue to gray
I find myself wondering, back here
And why it was you went away

Tori, this is very sad

Sometimes you dance with a partner, sometimes you dance alone. But the important thing is to keep dancing. ~Meredith Hodges

This is sad, but you are right in saying that you'll learn from this...and the right one will come along!

Open arms can be the most fragile in the world...
