            A fable of the stars

There is a fable, of the stars in the sky.
How they came about, the where and the why.
They are beacons of love, hung long ago,
Hidden but seen by the light of their glow.

Hidden by lovers just the size of a dime,
Hidden by lovers to shine all the time.
Strange to be hidden so far out of range?
Not strange at all form the angel of change.

It was found long ago by lovers past gone,
The angel of change could alter their song.
That love could vary and fall from their view
And they had to search far, to find it anew.

They hid it from the angel clever and strange.
They hid it obvious and far out of range.
So they hung it, a star that glowed in the night.
For their love was ever, ever so bright.

Just go out and look at a clear night sky,
They hang by the millions in millions they vie.
So believe me when I say, this tale part true.
When love comes to you, you will hang one too.

You think this fable, just a fable of mind?
I doubt there a lover would be so inclined.

I believe every word, Sy.  I know there's a star glowing brilliantly out there for me for all to see.  Great poem.

Sy,
So that's why the night sky has always intrigued me so. I'll have to go out there tonight and see if I recognize any of them.
What a lovely poem.
And beautiful thoughts.
Truly Exquisite
Love ya,

I had not heard of this very one,
but it pleases my place here in the sun,
now I will look for the nighttime's lights
when they come out on clear crisp nights.

For anyone who sees grace in a sparrow,
my light hangs from Sagittarius' arrow.

Beautiful, Sy, just like you...< !signature-->
