Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow ~Marge Tindal~ 2000 It doesn't matter who loved who first It only matters that we loved at all Not keeping score Not trying to Just you loving me and me loving you More than the shadows of yesterday More than the moments of today Never more than the sunlight of tomorrow Because you love me I can stand safe in the circle of your arms and share the love with you All I ever wanted your arms around me All I ever needed you loving me Both of us realizing that we are complete as individuals Knowing we are more than complete when we see the love reflected in each others eyes Somewhere in these lines there is a poem or a thought that needs to be shared Another day Another time or maybe now |
