~A Smile Of Love~ The cold wind cuts through me, as i walk to where you live, The heart inside me beats like a thousand drums. My nerves twitch with anxiety, Each step i take becomes faster. I see the light that shines from your window, It bekons me to enter. The gate has the same old squeek, As i make my way up your path. Anxious moments as my hand reaches to knock on your door, Then before i realize, you are there. A smile of love and a vision of beauty.. Im home. |
