In the mirror of my heart I can see,
A pair of loving eyes watching over me,
From far away they love and care,
A more understanding heart I doubt I'll find anywhere.

I can see and feel the heart of a man,
Who means so much to me,
With words alone he can caress my soul,
The kindred hearts have taken control.

This enlightenment and love fills all voids,
A fellow traveller and teacher I've found,
We sing the same songs together in harmony,
Our hearts together are heaven bound.

With the power of two,
And love leading the way,
There are no more shadows,
At the end of the day.

Bound together from this day forth,
To share life's joys and pains,
Knowing our kindred is but a heartbeat away,
Together we see the sunshine again.
