I'm hoping this will post on the stroke of Big Ben
as last year is chimed out and the new starts again
I wonder if we'll all be here this time next year
fireworks lighting the sky such a super atmosphere

Happy 2000 HUGS to all

Don't ask me where I'm going, just listen when I'm gone and far away you'll hear me singing softly to the dawn.

RainbowGirl,

Thanks for all the hugs and the 2000 update from UK. The world seems pretty cool with the New Year so far. I'm still a little worried about it hitting us nuts in California, though. Chris

Happy New Year Rainbow! I was watching Big Ben chime on the T.V. and the fireworks! Fantastic! I'm glad your computer is still working and all seems well everywhere else too! Did you catch the Eifel Tower display? WOW! Happy New Year again!   (A little less than 4 hours to go here in Philadelphia, PA.)< !signature-->

HAPPY NEW YEAR, SWEETHEART
Have Fun, Rainbow, glad we didn't lose you.
I'm sitting here listening to Julio at the moment. The grocery stores here were jammed with people stocking up on goods today . I don't have a thing to eat at my house, enough water for 3 days, 2 double A batteries, out of light bulbs. I've got a loaf of bread, and a dozen eggs. And Julio, of course. Do you think I'll survive?
Hugs,
Liz

Happy New Year!!!  loved the lighting of the T.R.  and Big Ben was kewl, but I so did love the eifle tower, and of course my family tradition of watching the ball drop in New york =o)  Anyway, once again, HAPPY NEW YEAR!
