This poem is for Mike (Highwayman) "My Highwayman" My highway man came to me A lonley heart I did see Just like the one I held inside Love lost the one that died Every moment we did spend Closer he came to be my friend Inside he found me hiding there Fixing me his care Warmth he shared Time he spared Love for him I feel within To taste his kiss His gentle Bliss I long for him near to be His given heart he gave to me Untill this time No love ill find Far across a raging sea My highway man waits for me |
