Late into the night I sit
Starring at the computer screen
My eyes wide open
Sleep isn't considered
As I relish late in the day,
These beautiful poems
Reading each one is like an adventure
Taking new twists and turns
Some are surprising
Others, so good I cry
I wish I could stay here forever
Taking in every word
Reading each carefuly
Comparing the poets
While knowing perfectly well they can't be compared
I sit here into the night
Reading poetry here at the site
Sleep is now considerd
As my eyes close from the lulaby of all your
poetry

Thanks to all Passion poets who make my dreams pleasant ones!

I can agree with both comments here, and I doubt that most of us get any sleep around here!  Good poem Joy!

LoL, describes my feelings perfectly, accept I usually dont sleep.  It is now 4:14 a.m. right now and I have been on all night reading poems, enjoying each one thoroughly!  Sometimes it takes all my will to pull me away!
