My soul cried out for understanding, It found it with you, Without your love and comfort, What's a girl to do? I want to give the same back, I want to be that light for you, Never again will you be alone, For I am loving you. Think of a windswept hill, Overlooking the ocean, With magic eyes gaze across the sea, I shall be here waiting for you. With eyes on the ocean, With your soul you can cross the sea, When the darkness seems endless, Remember my love for thee. You gave life to a trembling heart, Now that heart is a beacon for you, So please know you are never alone, My love and heart are a part of you. Together in mind and soul, We can face adversity, Hardships, challenges or darkness, Together we have the key. So when times are hard, You feel so lost and unhappy, When the darkness seems endless, Remember my love for thee. At the touch of love everyone becomes a poet. (Plato) ~Isis~ (Daughter of Mystery) |
