Her Voice

Her voice brought
Like songbirds singing
Like a lover's caress
New yearning

To again gaze in her eyes
Make her laugh
End her sighs

Shall I just wait patiently
Her reply

Let precious time pass me by

Don't let that precious time pass you by because that is just what it is...precious!

Short, but much said and very sweet. Never put off till tomorrow what you should say and do today, you never know if the chance will ever come again.

So tender these words, whether spoken or silently shared.
