I join in your well wishes and prayers for our friends in that area, dear Ruth. May everybody be safe! Just read the latest news and the storm has reached hurricane status. It is frightening.

We got the 'backside' of Isaac (no crack jokes please). But(no pun intended), he did leave us with a lot of water. I couldn't get home as the road to my condo was flooded due to a small lake overflow. Had to go to my daughters for the night. My boss has put me on a task to create our own Google Earth map of flooded areas for the next storm. Places that flooded this time are vulnerable next time.

I am also praying for the safety of those in the Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama coastlines. This is a rough anniversary for them and to have Isaac threaten them is scary.

Thank you all for you kind thoughts.

Thanks for letting us know, Sharon. I'm so very glad you're okay!

My family's on the clean side, but I'm still worthless to my employers today... they have my body, but my heart and my mind are in Louisiana. *S*
