Maureen, thank goodness that serenity sent out the word. Do you have any idea about our other family and friends?

Just trying to start a warm group hug.

(Don't tell anybody, but I'm afraid of snow.)

Serenity, all you've ever known
is warm...

snow can be thrilling while chilling...
you would make it through most storms,
I know!

We don't allow snow on Cape Cod - Once we go "over the bridge" the rules change though.  We got no snow here, but the rest of the state is under 7+ inches of white stuff..

I wondered about that, Nan...glad to know you're safe. Here's hoping the other 2 million without power are also safe and secure as the snow is bound to melt in the coming days!

Whenever I see Nan's name I think of cranberries.

It's delightful, actually.

Stay warm--and I'll put some tea on--I'm saving the cranberry zinger for tomorrow though.

G'nite.

I missed all the fun - was there a big dump of snow?  Lucky you!  I love snow.

Funny, when I think of Nan I want ice cream and now that I said that, I bet she does too!

Md  didn't get too much snow...some sleet and rain, some trees down because of the weight of it  with leaves still on them and a few inches but in PA, many in my county  (York)  and further north/east (Lancaster) have no electricity and may not have any for several days. They are sending in  line crews from around 4 states to help with all the trees on lines etc. New Jersey, Conn. (saw it on the news once I had elecricity back.) have had their fair share, too.
and New Hampshire( my brother lives in Newton and said they have no electricity)  I don't know about any pipsters  since I haven't been in contact  with many.

I am glad you are all safe! We have no snow, yet. But it is cold. Sending love and hugs to everyone.
