Hey guys, my name is Julian, and I am an experianced Formal Poet, and as the subject of this post says, I am interested in starting a Skype Poetry Workshop, dedicated entirely to Formal Poetry.

I have a genuine interest in teaching Poetry (because I fricken love the stuff), and would like to teach both the basics and the more advanced tecniques of Formal Poetry,

I'd like to teach the general rules of formal poetry (metrics, rhyme schemes, formal verse structures), as well as how to write good, tecnhically efficent, elegant formal verse.

In addition, I would like to teach more advanced topics, like I said I know A LOT about Formal Poetry, I would like to discuss various ways to create natural seeming verse, while at the same time making it extremely musical, various ways to use enjambment, causera, parrarelism, assonsance, alliteration, ECT, to create extremely interesting verse.

Most likely, it will be held three nights a week on eastern standard time.

Oh, yeah, and it's free too.
So, if you want to sign up, add my skype name, poetryjulian, and I will add you to the group.

Julian,
I was, like most people here, just going to let this slide into oblivion, but kept thinking about it and decided to reply.
First off I see it was transferred here from the poetry workshop, which is free on this site, has been in existence for ten years, and is instructed by two of the most talented contemporary poets it has been my pleasure to study under. Secondly, while it's plain that you are genuinely interested
in instructing poetry, I would suggest you proof read any further solicitations you may make as I counted no fewer than seven misspelled words in this one. No offence, but this may inhibit a number of people that might sign up for your classes. Best wishes in your endeavors.
Doc
