Our Margie has had a very rough day I'm afraid. I just received an email from her daughter, who asked me to pass it along to Marge's friends.
So here is what Tracey said:
"We brought her to Shands Hospital in Gainesville today
for a bronchoscopy as an outpatient. There was a problem during the procedure, and the doctor accidentally collapsed her lung. She had another procedure
before where they collapsed her lung on purpose to reach an area for a sample, at that time a tube was inserted, she healed on her own but has a lot of pain. This time the lung was not supposed to collapse, but a tube had to be inserted again. Hopefully it too will heal on it's own, and hopefully she won't have a lot of enduring pain after the tube is removed. Anyway, because of the problem, she had to be admitted to the hospital. We did not anticipate that. She should have been home hours ago. She is in a lot of pain right now but doing pretty good otherwise. She had a very long and difficult day. I am writing you from a computer in the lobby of a hotel near the hospital. She does not have access to email. She ate some dinner and is resting now. But she wanted me to tell you so you would know and would be able to spread the word. She is not up to phone calls right now, so that's why I'm not including a phone number."
So I'm asking yet again to please keep your loving and powerful prayers of healing and comfort for Marge going.
I know you will, as will I.
We love you Marge!
Be well. and rest..
