My Friends~ (some of you received this by email, but there are others here that want to know and I'm grabbing angels anywhere I can find them)  My daughter, Tracie, just got off the phone with Dr. Jantz at Shands Hospital in Gainesville~ He has my Bronchocoscopy scheduled for next Tuesday, August 19, at 10:00 a.m.~ Tracie and I will travel to Gainesville on Monday evening, as it is too long a drive to make it on the morning of the surgery without feeling pressure, as I need to check into the hospital at 9:00 a.m.~ Being close will make it easier on both of us~ This procedure is usually done on an Out Patient basis, with about two hours of recovery needed~ I am sure I will be fine ... I happened to already have been hospitalized when they did the first Bronchcoscopy, so this Out Patient experience will be a little different for me~ However, I already have an appointment scheduled on Wednesday, the day after my surgery, with my primary care physician here in DeLand, and we think that worked out well, as he will be able to check up on me and get in touch with Dr. Jantz if I am having any difficulty~ (which we DON'T anticipate) Dr. Jantz feels that he can gather new tissue samples to run a new battery of cultures and tests on that will hopefully give him and his team of medical colleagues something to diagnose and begin a treatment plan on~ I know that it is as difficult for you all to know that I am still undiagnosed, after all this time (three months), but maybe that is a good thing ? They have weeded out a lot of possibilities ... and whatever this problem is continues to be elusive~ Keep me in your thoughts and prayers, please~ My family has been so comforting and supportive and I ask that you keep them in your prayers also~ My Tracie can make things happen ! She is a go-getter and I am so blessed to have her~ Folks, I am on a pathway that is to take me to a recovery ! I am trying really hard to stay positive and succeed most of the time~ I will obviously update you all when I feel able to do so~ Prayer circles WORK ... I know they do and ask simply for you to send yours to the Lord of your knowing~ Heartfelt *Huglets*  to all~~*Marge*~ ~*The sound of a kiss is not as strong as that of a cannon, but it's echo endures much longer*~ |

Breathe consciously through the whole process, inhale and exhale, giving grace for the divine assistance. Dearest Marge, I am still of the belief that no news is good news. God, His angels, your family and friends all love you and are surrounding you is Love & Healing Light. Ill health can be a test of one's faith, and that, sweet Marge your are passing with flying colours! From the bottom of my heart and soul I pray for a swift and complete recovery. In the meantime know that I have asked my own angels to gather around you and gift you comfort and peace of mind. Well, seeing as how the night calls me from my slumbered bed ... I figured I might as well let you all know that Tracie and I are waiting to hear from Dr. Jantz at Shands to see if that little wench Fay is going to play havoc with rescheduling surgical procedures at the facility~ We are packed and ready to go tomorrow, to spend the night close to the hospital for my scheduled surgery time on Tuesday ... but, we have to see what the expected turbulent weather is going to deal to us~ I'll try to let you know if it's a GO or has to be rescheduled~ Keep me in your thoughts~ Love and *Huglets* ~*Marge*~ ~*The sound of a kiss is not as strong as that of a cannon, but it's echo endures much longer*~ |

*sigh* The possible Hurricane threat HAS caused my surgical procedure to be canceled and we are waiting for word on a rescheduled date~ The Governor of the State of Florida is on the air with a storm briefing right now~ They are issuing school closings and information regarding the possiblity that Tropical Storm, Fay, could escalate to Hurricane 2 strength as she comes across the state~ We are readying with Hurricane Preparedness meetings and staying on top of it~ Keep ALL of our Florida residents and those who are also PiP members in your prayer watch~ *Huglets* ~*Marge*~ ~*The sound of a kiss is not as strong as that of a cannon, but it's echo endures much longer*~ |

Folks~ It's not purty here~ My granddaughter just got off of the phone with me ... four years old and she is giving me advice on where my 'safe room' should be and when to go to it~ She was delighted to hear that I had purchased a new solar flashlight~ She thinks the fact that it doesn't need batteries is a, "Great idea, Poet." The rain comes in torrents as the bands surround us ... it's only a tropical storm, but no one programmed it not to rain and blow so hard~ There have been several tornadoes that have touched down and done damage~ Off of here for now and making sure my pillow and blanky are in my safe room~ Oh yeah ... my solar flashlight too~ Later from Florida, folks~ *Huglets* ~*Marge*~ ~*The sound of a kiss is not as strong as that of a cannon, but it's echo endures much longer*~ |

Thankee MartieSis~  Dr. Jantz called Tracie, the surgery is rescheduled for Thursday, August 28th, at 9:00 a.m. Lord knows this waiting is getting to me~ Someone teach me how to do the Limbo Rock~ I will get myself back UP ... the darned weather doesn't help my mood very much either~ Right now I'm tired .. just tired~ Bummer ... taking a deep breath and starting all over again~ I am ...
