This Saturday, Sept. 15th (that is the date they gave us) America's Most Wanted will feature a story out of Middleburg, Fl.  This is the story of Matt and Chelsea's murders.  My daughter will be on the show.  Please watch.  Matt and Chelsea's murderer is still walking the streets.

Tragic. Do they have a name and photos of the murder suspect? I probably will not be able to view the show, but would follow an info link if you have one.
I hope the person is found and brought to justice.
Healing thoughts for your daughter, and the families of the victims.

Kacy,

I can't say anything about that at the moment. I hope you understand.

Here is an aritcle I found on the Internet about Chelsea and Matt~
quote:
By Roger Weeder
First Coast News

MIDDLEBURG, FL -- A teenage bride and her friend have been found shot to death in a home in Middleburg.

The victims have been identified as Chelsea Rohn, 16, and Matthew Brumbaugh, 21.

Rohn married last September, but recently separated from her husband.

"Matt and Chelsea were my two best friends in the entire world," said Micah Rohn.

Chelsea's husband told First Coast News they separated to figure out what was going on.

"I knew her forever," Micah said.

Investigators say the teenager lived with Brumbaugh at the home on Jean Court.

"They were simply roommates sharing this home," said Clay County Sheriff Rick Beseler.

A third roommate discovered the bodies when he came home from work. The roommate, who did not reveal his name, told investigators he found the front door unlocked.

Sheriff Beseler says leads are being generated but investigators do not have any suspects at the moment. Beseler says he's not ready to discuss a motive either in the double murder.

"If anyone at all knows anything, just call," said Micah Rohn. "Someone please, please please."

Call our partner First Coast Crime Stoppers if you have information that could lead to an arrest. You'll remain anonymous and could receive a cash reward up to $1000.

The Middleburg murders are the fourth and fifth homicides of the year in Clay County. The county had six in all of last year.
I am also hoping that the airing on America's Most Wanted will bring new information to light so that the murderer or murderers will be brought to justice~

I'll be watching, Susan~

That program is such a great service to the deeply wounded who still walk in fear of the still free perpetrator.  I hope to watch it and pray all those touched by this senseless crime find peace.

Sorry...AMW texted my daughter this evening and said a breaking case has bumped the story.  They will be in touch before it airs..hopefully, on the 22nd.

Marge,

Yes that is one article.  And one I purposely didn't put up, but I can't go into why just now, maybe never.

I agree, however, I am a bit familiar with AMW's format now and to a certain extent the how's and why's.  Therefore I have to believe they know what they are doing.

I am anxious though because I was there during some of the filming for Matt and Chelsea's feature and I think it will get across everything we hope.

Bump away, Susan! The more exposure the story has ~ the more chance of capturing the culprit and bringing him to justice.

This must be very traumatizing for your daughter.

I just watched the 3 news videos. How tragic.

Hi, Susan. I watched America's Most Wanted last night and as soon as I saw your daughter, I knew that it must have been her! She looks so much like you! ~ and that is a compliment to each of you!

Such a tragic story. I pray with all my might that the perpetrator is brought to justice. It is such a heinous crime. Leah's emotional turmoil was very evident. The segment was disturbing to watch, but hopefully its airing will bring in clues that will help in solving the case.

I, too, watched and find that will remind me to pray for your daughter and a solution to this horrible crime.

God bless,

Thank you all.

At this point all I will say is the show was very difficult to watch and especially so for Leah so I can't imagine how hard it was for Jenna.

I just want justice.  Soon.
