Query? Which of my poems can be posted where?

I am trying to figure out which of my poems to post in the correct forum. I don't want to place a silly poem on the dark poetry forum, I know that this would be just wrong. But I am not sure in what forum some of my poems belong because they are not characterized as spiritual or dark or pertaining to adult reading.
My poems are views of my life, family, or some silly notions. They convey certain meanings like peace, love, fun, and so forth.
Can someone tell me if the open forum is the place for my poems or is there another one that is more suited for my poetry?

OPEN is just as it is implied ... Open poetry of all genre~

'IF' you think something is 'dark' ... then you could post it there, if you felt something was 'spiritual' ... then you could post it there~
But, OPEN is just the place when in doubt~

Thank you Marge for the answer to my query.
In new places my self confedence is a bit shaky. And since I made one mistake, posting my intro on the wrong forum, I don't want to make any more mistakes. I would dislike being thrown out of here so soon after joining, LOL.

Ah heck, Bea...no one is going to throw you out for posting in the wrong place. We simply advise you that it will be going to another forum. Sometimes, because of the theme of the poem, we may ask you in which forum you would like it placed.

Here's a good clue: Read around, and get a feel for each forum. If you bookmark your favorites for / you will always be taken to the first page that introduces you to the whole of the site. Some people have been known to simply bookmark Open, and then, when Ron, the site owner, updates to a new forum, they wonder where everyone went.

So, read and write on...we're anxiously awaiting!
