I've tried to reproduce it time and time again,but i never fully succeed.

It was the language of his day. If you want to reproduce Shakespeare, don't try imitate him, emulate him. Write in your own voice with clear imagery and metaphor to paint broad landscapes as seen from the tip of a cell tower and narrow views, as seen through a crack in the fence of paradise.
