Today I recorded my first long-form radio interview with professional poker player Annie Duke (a local portland resident like myself), which clocked in at approximately 26 minutes.

The community radio station I volunteer at, KBOO, will put it up soon on their web-site and I'll have the link available if anyone would like to listen!

I will begin recording more long-form interviews from here on out, and will also be introducing next week a whole new segment on the KBOO Evening News titled "Salvation In Slow Motion", featuring different interviewers each week centered entirely around the Darfur humanitarian crisis, and am working really hard to schedule both Kansas Republican Senator Sam Brownback and Illinois Democratic Senator Richard Durbin (the two senators leading the national effort to resolve the conflict in Darfur) for interviews soon on the program!

In addition, again I have begun recording new Christmas originals and covers for the approaching holiday season, and am also preparing another recording session with all-original fun songs I've written including "Dance Dance Revolutionary" (I'll post the lyrics in the Open forum within the next week), "Let's Cross That Imaginary Bridge (When We Come To It)", "You Have To Crawl Before You Can Walk" and a parody of Nelly Furtado's "Promiscuous" titled "Meticulous".

Sincerely,
Noah Eaton

Very nice, MA, and extremely happy you're able to pursue your passion with such success.  Keep plugging away, my friend, and I do hope to hear that interview soon.

You have more energy than the Energizer Bunny!
I eagerly await the link to your interview.

I wish you good luck in rounding up both a Republican and Democratic senator. That should make for an interesting half hour!

All your ventures in a variety of arenas have been impressive! May your star continue to rise! You are pro-active and following your conscience and your compassionate heart.

Loving Light,

Linda
