       CaringBridge

If there is one thing Hurricane Katrina showed us, it's the human side of the Internet. In the disaster's wake, people turned to the Internet to reconnect with loved ones.

CaringBridge is one of the sites that helped keep families connected. Visitors can create a site to post notes and pictures for family to read. And it isn't one-sided: Family members can use the guestbook to reply.

CaringBridge isn't just for victims of Hurricanes , though. You can use the site for keeping family updated on any life-changing event.

I hope this is one Cool Site you will never need to use. But it's good to know that CaringBridge is there if you need it.
