A lot of cool stuff to read. I am thinking about making me one. It looks cooler than all those other diary sites I have been to. Which are not working more than they are working. Poetry is beauty in words. |

Awwwwwwww, thanks Jo! Yeah, I feel in my old journal here in the Lounge, it became increasingly political and it just didn't have the atmosphere I wanted it. I find it most important to speak your convictions and to be angry of the injustices in the world, but ever too often the anger is used in a negative way, and when that happens I find I just look no better than those who create the injustice to begin with! Anger can be a positive thing when you discipline it for positive social change, and I'm proud I think I've done just that in indicating those light politics on this new blog, to make it feel like a positive, comely atmosphere! I'm only seldomly going to talk politics on this new blog, and when I do talk of social commentary, it's only going to be brief points. I'm considering opening up a whole seperate blog to focus on more in-depth commentary. I really want this blog most of all to be a family-friendly blog, one that can contagiously spread smiles, yay!
