Friends~ I would ask that those who wish to do so gather in special prayer for my dear friend, and a former member here at PiP, regards2you/Nan/Trish/Pat~ <)))>< Received the following message from her daughter, Kim, this day~ --------------------------------------------------- I wanted to let you know that she is in the hospital, and probably will be for a while to come. They have tried 4 different antibiotics and have done 3 CT scans so far. She says it's okay for this to be public knowledge; she needs all the prayers she can get! --------------------------------------------------- I don't know anything more, but have let Kim know that friends here will be joining in prayer for Pat's healing~  I will update this forum when I know more of what I hopefully believe will be 'progress' notes on Pat~ Kim isn't on much, but I know she will let me know how my friend is doing when she can~ Thanking you all~ *Huglets*  ~*Marge*~ [This message has been edited by Sunshine (09-03-2005 09:03 PM).] |

I know how scary that can be. I went through something similar in May and almost died ~ but the Good Lord pulled me through and I am praying that He will do the same for Pat. Praise be ... I have finally been able to be in touch with Pat's daughter, Kim~ Pat is still in the hospital, but it is anticipated that she 'may' be released sometime within the coming week~ She's been one really sick lady ... had a cyst removed and has a drainage tube, severe infection is being treated with at least three super antibiotics~ As Kim said, "She said to tell you, she's okay, but was crying when she said it." I know my friend ... she is a survivor and WILL be okay ... she just has to be !!!! (You hear that, God ?) She just HAS to be~ Thank you all for your prayers ... please keep lifting Pat/Nan/Trish/Regards2You in prayer~ Her faith is, and always was, strong ... He will see her through this~ *Huglets* ~*Marge*~ |

Wanting all to know that Pat/Nan/Trish is now home~ Will require home care for the next two weeks, she is 'okay' but far from out of the woods ... came too very close to losing her life~ She is hooked up with a PICC Line for continuing antibiotics~ A very, very ill lady, she was~ Keep those prayers going ... she still needs them~ She wanted me to thank you all for the ongoing prayers ... her faith is strong and like so many of us, believes strongly in the power of prayer~ One little share - "at one of the most extreme moments of pain Jesus, Himself...enfolded me and my pain and my illness for awhile, and held me above it all in his whole presence....I cannot describe it any differently than that.... He consumed the all of what was happening to me.......there was no magic and then I got better from there on out ... There is a place and a power stronger, above pain even while it is ongoing......" I will keep you updated ... thank you all for your prayers ... I KNOW that power of which she speaks~ Prayer angels ... so humbly I thank each of you ... and to those who have written me emails ... I will be sharing them with Pat also~ Praise be to Him for He IS the greatest healer of all~ She will be 'home bound' for quite a while ... so drop her a note to cheer her up~ *Huglets* ~*Marge*~ |

I was truly moved by Pat's experience with the healing presence of Jesus. In my recent near-death experience the archangel Michael surrounded me in blue Light and told me "All is well" ~ and from that moment on I was moving away from the brink of death. I will continue to pray for Pat's full recovery and for the suffering she has been experiencing to subside. She has weathered yet another storm in her life ~ and survived! Marge, I am so very sorry to hear that Pat has had a relapse and has been re-admitted to the hospital. The poor dear has been going through so much. Does it ever end?!? I pray that the infection can be completely eradicated from her body and that she returns to a healthy and robust state. She needs all the prayers that she can receive right now and I'm sending some up now as I am writing this reply ~ and will continue to do so until she is well on all levels.
