It has been brought to my attention that some of our members were less than thrilled with my choice of colors while Ron was on vacation. I apologize if there was a problem reading the forums. I truly did not mean for that to happen. Nor did I mean for the forums to look 'unprofessional'...I just thought that sometimes we get so focused on writing that we forget to have a little fun along the way.

I want to leave the colors as is for Ron..once he acknowledges the 'mouse-capades', the colors will go back to normal.

Again, I sincerely apologize.

Awwwwwww, I don't mind the colors at all, dearest friend!

And I understand there are others who think otherwise here, but I think it is great to fingerpaint here while the cat is away! LOL!

Sincerely,

Colors? Colors? COLORS?!!!

You mean I've reformatted my computer three times since returning this afternoon and changed the video card twice and it is NOT a hardware problem at all?

You know you loved it, even finding perverse pleasure in reinstalling everything, then wiping everything, then repeating to the gentle pops from the percolator.

Seriously though, hope you enjoyed yourself thoroughly.

Welcome back Ron... lol and great comment..

DeVine, I thought that coming on every so often and seeing the different colors was fun, and even though some members thought otherwise its always good to tickle your funny bone once in awhile, and if you can't bring yourself onto the dance floor and party then thats your choice.. ppl need to relax and have some good ole' fashioned fun once in awhile.

I don't know...I'm kinda beginning to like the colors now. Smack me.
(well, all except for the dark blue buttons and the poems that have red text on the green background)

Guess these colors now make me think of chocolate, vanilla, and mint ice cream?

It was fun

I like 'em better. I'd be quite content if PiP stayed with this color scheme for keeps.

Ya wanna see bad colors, try the Pink Palace of Poetitude....now THAT is a bad scheme!

LMAO @ Ron...(It's funny because that is something I would have done)

I did not participate much (sick...again) however, I thought it was a nice change, and provided much humor, which of course we all need (especially at work!)

oh and I like the green!

First, I thought I was in the wrong place, then thought maybe I did something horrible that made Ron see RED! LOL

Variety's the spice of life.  Glad it turned out to be that Ron had a well deserved vacation and Sharon held the fort down while showing a little of her impish side.

I'll admit... the patriotic red hurt my eyes... But then... I'd just returned from the trip from hell and I could have been seeing red at my lot in life. *S*

I like the green/cream combination... lots! And heaven knows... smiles are always welcome! *S*

I enjoyed reading what all the mischievious meeses were up to.  And it was obvious that the colors were temporary.

It was fun

and those that think otherwise need to get a sense of humor

It was cool, creative, and fun.

PdV- It has been brought to my attention that some members need to get over themselves.
How many people complained when Ron changed the colors for Halloween or Thanksgiving, or Easter, or whatever.
Actually, I should complain that the pages weren't a nice chartruese and taupe mix...

Considering you did this all single-handedly, and did such a great job of holding down the fort while everyone was away, I say, "Three Cheers Lady!"  You sure made the mice away at play laugh when they checked in.  You sure proved one thing alright, that Abe's old saying sure holds true.
“You can please some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, but you can’t please all of the people all of the time."

In light of world events, we all have to just lighten up a bit, and quit complaining.  No apology is necessary - a little fun goes a long way to making one smile, which is a very good thing indeed, and as I always say,
