1) Chip in every penny, nickel, dime, quarter, dollar you can to these charities (or others you can think of)

2) Donate blood/plasma. Your blood may very well be the blood that gives a needed child another chance!

3) If you have some extra blankets, clothing, first aid kits, canned food, etc. contribute to goodwill!

**********************************

Every little bit helps, and your blood, your money, can save the life of a child or any of tens of thousands who have been victimized by this natural disaster.

God Bless You All, and may we continue to pray for everyone across the Southeast Pacific, from Indonesia to Sri Lanka.

Sincerely,
Noah Eaton

Noah, thanks for all the suggestions. Most who read here already have some charity group to donate to that gives disaster aid.
If not, then please add Oxfam as an idea, for they do a lot of good in helping indigents worldwide establish their own cottage industries, which is something that will be greatly needed in all those areas as they attempt to recover from this disaster.
Also, UNICEF and UNESCO, are always good choices for $ donations, all year long.
I have a feeling that most citizens of this world are offering whatever they can to help.

All around the world fundraising has come alive.
They've opened a special number in The Netherlands and within two days they had well over 2.000.000 euro's, wich is even a greater number in dollars.
Besides that, a lot of individual fundraising is going on on schools, clubs, even whole cities.

It's just beyond comprehension what has happened overthere.
I'm so happy my daugher and son in law booked their flight to Thailand NOT at Christmas, but at the end of January and now all is cancelled. I get nightmares thinking about what could have happened to them, as it, sad enough, happened to so many.
