Lumiere’s light is dimmed today
Lennie Briscoe has had his say
And Baby’s father has danced his way
Into angels’ open arms.

Broadway’s original Billy Flynn
Had gravelly voice and contagious grin
We’ll not see the likes again
Of Jerry Orbach’s charms.

Yes, age 69, and that terrible C word...

Thank you, Suthern...

He made Law and Order.  We (my girls and I) loved him as Lumiere in Belle's Christmas and Beauty and the Beast.  He did more than on-screen as many do not realize that don't watch children's movies.  He was the voice-over for the thief in the Aladdin movies, and more. These talents are all from the baby boomers lifetime and it sure hurts to see them all going one by one doesn't it?  May his deserving soul rest in peace.

Thank you all so very much... he will be greatly missed. *S*

And Sharon... as much as I was looking forward to Lennie's new L&O show... Lumiere came first... this overgrown kid LOVED that movie! *S*

I didn't answer this originally, because you know my thoughts on this as on most other things....but, well, you know my thoughts on that to...read 'em and smile....
