Sometimes it's almost as much fun to live mid-continent . . . storm winds within one mph (74) of hurricane force yesterday and as of this morning, 10 inches of rain over about 30 hours, some of which is streaming across my basement floor just now. Are we having fun yet? Oh, and did I mention that the lightning bolt that made me jump at 5:30 this morning blew out electrical service and parts of my neighbors wall, on the inside of their house, about 60 feet from where I was standing.  Let's see now, where did I put that cave . . . e |

It's everywhere, it's everywhere... I awoke to lightning and thunder and some blessedly needed rain... only the southern part of the states seems to have to hog ALL the rain... they COULD share, y'know! Glad you're OK, Kraw! |

be safe....MN is having a lot of bad storms and rain right now, flooding will surely follow....they actually closed schools today for flash flooding in the lower valley areas....in the 14 years I have been here, I have never seen that happen with rain....praying that all who endures bad weather will survive! hugssss Lauren~ I don’t want the world to see me |
