Florida's Foreverly Shores
Shelby Taulbe, five years old, from Columbus Ohio, was operated on Thursday morning in the shiners children's hospital in Tampa, Florida. She suffers from LCPD. This is "legg calf perthes disease".
It causes the deterioration of the hip bone.
SHELBY celebrated her SIXTH BIRTHDAY on Friday, July 16.
The patients in her age group had a very nice party for her.
This Shriners' hospital is one of the finest in the country.
Shelby's operation was the cutting and stretching of tendons and muscle and placed in a half body cast with a bar holding her legs as far apart as possible for the next 6-7 weeks.
This is extremely painful and when the time is up she will have to learn to walk all over again.
Thank you all for your prayerful keep~
Please remember our little angel in continuing prayer vigil~
