VOTE GREER OUT!!! You have a chance to let your voices be heard in an effective way regarding the justice who decreed that Terri Schiavo's husband (who has an obvious conflict of interest since he has been living in an adulterous relationship with his girlfriend while still legally married to Terri, and has fathered two children with her. If he divorces Terri he'll lose his "guardianship" over her, along with the remaining $50,000 that is left of "her" money) can remove her feeding tube, which of course would kill her since she was never permitted by her husband or the court to receive the therapy that would most likely have allowed her to eat normally. Her husband has spent the bulk of her jury awarded money, for her lifelong care and therapy, on high priced lawyers, attempting to end her life, although she is NOT a VEGETABLE as her husband, the courts and the mainstream media would have us believe. She is brain damaged, plain and simple, and her only "life-support" is a feeding tube, similar to thousands of sick elderly and even some children in our society, who are unable to swallow. And her life is again at stake because the Florida court is poised to issue a ruling that the law enacted by the Legislature to override Greer's decree to allow her starvation as unconstitutional. Terri will die as a result of this, barring another action by the legislature, if that is even possible at this point. If there were ever an example of an out-of-control arrogant judiciary, completely at odds with the Constitution (the right to life...it doesn't say "right to life until your life becomes an inconvenience to somebody"), and will of the people, aside from Roe vs. Wade, this is it. Floridians can have an important influence at the ballot box. VOTE HIM OUT!! Send a message to him and to all judges everywhere that we will no longer tolerate their arrogance and continual violations of the Constitution and our will. The rest of us can innundate the Governor and Legislature again with our outrage. Something has to be done to preserve an innocent life, whose only "crime" was to become disabled (there is even evidence that spousal abuse put her in that condition in the first place, but, of course, the court didn't want to hear that from Terri's court appointed advocate, promptly firing him, and never replacing him, despite numerous legal attempts to have another one assigned (another abuse of her right to representation by the judiciary).
