I think most everyone knows, or will soon know [as we get new members in most every day!], our own lovely and delightful Enchantress.

But what many of you do not know, is that she suffers from Crohns and Colitis.  Last night she
had a very bad flareup with severe pains.  Right now she is under complete bed rest.  Also, what most people do not know, is that Crohns is a chronic, and progressive disease.

In the past, only a few have been told of the "why" that we might not see our Enchantress flitting about in the blue pages.  She has always held that she was embarassed by this disease.  But today, she asks, please, for your prayers.  That tells me that this bout is very serious [just when she thought she was on the high side of the curve ball...] and that she could surely use your prayers.

Circle starts to the left and right.

Enchantress' husband, the "other" Wiz in her life, will be checking in with updates as he can, and if not on his own, then through me.

Yes, our Nancy has confided in me about this before. I am so sorry that she is having such a flare-up. My thoughts and prayers will continue to be with her. We love you, Nancy Lee.

Sunshine: Thanks for letting us know about Nancy's illness. I'm so sorry, and I know what Crohn's is like, as my younger sister suffered from it for a long time. My prayers are definitely going out to Nancy and her family. Will hope for better news soon!

I also have Crohns, Karilea...so I know all about it and that is one reason why there are times I am in a more or less depressed mood...and being alone can make me feel worse...and anxiety and worry/stress can bring on a bout of it.
I am thinking of Nancy and if she needs to talk with anyone..tell her I am able to..to email me.

Funny I was about to say what Michael said, as I really am having such a hard time with such nice people being given more than their share of trouble. A little birdie came by and let me know that yes, prayers do work. Enchantress is feeling somewhat better today, and is very thankful for her most Passionate Friends. She is looking forward to getting better quickly, and coming back in to thank you all, and to get back to the important things in life, like reading your poetry, and leaving some of her own gifts behind.

I have always truly believed in the power of prayer..

Feeling a little more comfortable at the moment, I am able to sit for awhile,
