I'll be home when Sanctuary's resurrected.

But this is a nice satellite operation you've got running here.

I so appreciate all of you who e-mailed DM's and SM's and left Ron alone to put the pieces of our little world back together again...and I so appreciate the fact that so many reached out to others to get their friends through our period of "where do we go from here?" questions...

Thank you, Everyone!

Let's treat PiP with tender care for the next few days as Ron mends her little seams.

I for one plan to NOT post poetry..just read and reply. I don't want to overwhelm the place.

It's all about teamwork.  Ron needs some time to work behind the scenes.  He's given us a couple of forums to whet our poetic appetites in the interim... (Would you folks believe that this site was once the total size you're seeing today?).

Poet deVine is right - We need to give Ron the time to conjure up his magic.  As a team we can do that.  It simply means being frugal in our posting.  Post your poems and reply to others as you choose.  Perhaps this would be a good time for us to limit ourselves to one new poem a day rather than the three we normally allow...

We're a Passionate team - We can do it.  You're all awesome, my friends...

Wait for me too! Clicking YOUR red heels!  I bet it took a lot of lost sleep and clicking of Ron's big ole boots and mouse too, you think maybe?

Are we here?  Sure looks like home!

Well I have to admit I just challenged, 1 Slick Lady to do a poem about her comment on the "12 Step Program of Pipps" for y'all, but I sure don't mind sitting out and not posting for a bit, gives me a change to read.  I spent the "time out" reading and voting at the main site, what a treasure of poetry there!

It's good to see everyone back thanks to Ron, and as a team effort , all of US can contribute in our own way by limiting the number of poems we post for now until we are at full throttle.

Hi All:  It does feel like a happy homecoming doesn't it?  I sure missed everyone and so thankful that Ron was able to restore this much of the site.  Hard to believe that this was the size originally!

Umm, that's putting it mildly.
Ron, I thank you for making it possible.

I also agree that we should tiptoe around and help Ron by not posting so many poems until he can get things up and running. Let's remember that Ron said it's kind of like "walking on ice". Let's really do our share by helping him.

Can ya'll just imagine the amount of work he has done since PIP has been down these few days...and the amount of sleep he has lost, I'm sure??? And, he did it for all of us!!!

I am so grateful to him and to all of you, for making this a home that we all want to come back to!! And, I'm very glad for the part of the forums he has got back up, too!!

I love all of ya'll...
Hugs to everyone
Ethel

You're right Mysteria, that does read wrong.  It was my wish and clicking - that Ron would have the time and energy and wherewithal to get us back up and running...

although my hand does look a little red from some of the hand-holding I was doing while our home was stuck in that there tornado...

LOL ... I've got the old "Welcome Back Kotter" TV theme song stuck in my head this morning.

I think Sharon and Nan's plan to tiptoe through the forums for the next while is a good one, and it's great to see how much everyone appreciates Ron's efforts. It's an amazing and exhausting task to keep a site like this up and running daily for sure.

Thanks again Ron.

Just adding my voice to the throng...
I had my latest post ready to go the day the site went down... and had to wait. man, if THAT isn't torture. Once again, major hazzahs to our leader for his hard work.

Yes Sunshine, it is indeed good to be back home. I have missed you all. I was at the hospital all week (day and night) with my mother. And, when I came back, you all were not here.

We were down for almost four days, Bec...and of course, you can see that we are short about 20 forums or two...but no fear...Ron will soon bring everything back together.  He went out for some more Magic Dust for his Wand!!!
