Hey everybody... I just got done talking to Kellie's mom on AIM, and Kellie was in a bad car accident this morning and there's a good chance that she won't make it... It will take a miracle for something to happen. I'd appreciate it, as well as her family and as she would, if you could all pray for her and her family (if praying is something that you do). Keep her in your thoughts... She isn't able to breathe on her own right now and is still unconscious. As soon as I have more news, I will let you know. Thank you Cody, for being so prompt in letting us know. Please tell Kellie's mother that Kellie and all of them will be in our prayers. If we ever needed a miracle, it's right now. Lord, I know you grant them - I've seen them. We could use another one, please. Amen. |

Oh my...thank you so much, Cody, for letting us know. Kellie and her family will be in my prayers. Larry and I have a mutual friend, here locally, so I'll see if I can get a message to him somehow. Hey guys, its me I am here to set the record straight. I am okay and there was no accident. There was a miscommunication that resulted in this thread. First of all, a person cannot assume that everything they read on the internet is true. Regardless of what was said in the conversation, there was NO further confirmation of this event. Something this serious should have been checked out thoroughly through SOME other meansbefore posting it. It is impossible to judge the satire/sarcasm/truth/false in any online conversation. Kellie I am glad you are ok, but I don't believe that satire/sarcasm or not...that anyone should ever make it seem that someone is near death and not immediately straighten out the misconception. You have heard the story about "crying wolf"...well this makes it hard to believe when someone really is in need. And I also feel very badly for Cody and the worry others have gone through. |

Glad to know you are OK. But who would repeat such dreadful news? and if it was a joke it was in very bad taste, and caused many to be upset needlessly...I worry about the impact on Larry especially. It might make readers and members question anything the writer suggests is truthful after this episode. Fortunately, we all enjoy a bit of fantasy and frequently take poetic license....just not in this fashion. But I am always heartened to see how many passionate people come forward to surround a member with healing prayers and thoughts. You people are all fantastic friends.
