God bless my site
and all who come in,
to read the poems I write
about life and sin.

God bless my poetry
as I write the truth,
about life and poverty
and unruly youth.

to all his creation

your site is too difficult to read, or perhaps it's just my eyes, but the red on the black is almost painful to focus on, so I only read one thing and gave up

welcome, BTW, do you intend to post more here, or just advertise?

An interesting first, and I would hazard, last post.

Anyone mind if I advertise my "How I made Millions in Guano" program?

Sheesh!

Wow.  Well you could sure save a lot of ram if you just did simple image mousovers on those images in the left column instead of making my ShockWave player open up.  That's kind of irritating.

But I guess it doesn't matter as I'm not going to bother with your site.  When I'm good enough to be a real published poet I'll just put out a book, how's that sound?

But microscopes are prudent
In an emergency.

Wranx- Thanx for the tip... I sent away for the program this afternoon, and will be expecting to make my first million dollars by the end of the year. You are indeed a true pal.
LOL

As for the originator of this thread... There are several on this site who are truly published poets, as well as prose authors. I can understand needing the publicity, however only sharing your thoughts and talent with those that patronize your site is- to me- too arrogant for words. We have a couple of members on here who have their own poetry based web sites, and yet they still share their talent on here.
Just my thoughts.

I wish you luck in your endeavour, there can never be enough poetry sites as far as I’m concerned.

Paul~
Welcome to Passions~

I've visited your site and have enjoyed seeing your work.  Please continue to share with others.

I noted that you and the mate are foster parents ... what a wonderful, wonderful thing it is to make a difference in the life of a child~
May the Good Lord richly bless you both~

Good luck to you on your site ... and I'll rustle up a couple of poems to submit~
ALWAYS interested in reading poetry from all over the world~
Sincerely~
