Dad has been in the hospital for a week now. Both of his kidneys has stopped working and he's in dialysis. He had waited over 3 years to get his kidney transplant, and now it failed. He needs another transplant, but everyone knows the waiting list is soo long. It'll take another three years again before he probably gets them. I talked to mom and had a talk. I apologized for being such a jerk and I said i'll try to help out any way I can, though I don't know how. Although she puts on a smile, I can see how stressed out she is. Everything depends on her. She has to pay bills, the mortgage, the car, everything. She's looking for another job so she can pay for everything, including the hospital bills since insurance doen't cover everything. I really need some support. I never knew until right now how much I really needed my parents, or how much they have sacrificed so that I don't have to worry about anything. Makes me feel guilty. Wish us good luck.

You and your family will be in my prayers...tell your mom we're all thinking of her, ok? Same goes for your dad. God bless!

Oh, that's a heartache. Please keep us posted, and know this, friend, that I will light a healing candle and say some words of healing and love for your family tonight.
Be strong.

My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family. Now is the time to tell your Mom and Dad just how much you love them...and tell them as often as you can no matter how silly it seems. Bless you. Chris

My thoughts and prayers for you and your family. I know where you go through, as my mom had no kidneys for over 20 years, never had a change for a transplantation, but lived only by the dialyses. I do hope your father will heal, and I wish your mom, you and family God´s strength and love.

((warm hugs)))

Dad came home today. He'll start the dialysis routine tomorrow, but at least he can now relax in the warm comfort of home with family and friends. Thankz again for keeping him in your thoughts. Much love to you all!
