 He isn't? I want to really thank Nan who started this card with the bits and pieces, and poems that were collected. Also, dear Vicky for staying up with me until about 2:00 a.m. this morning to get it finished (I left it too late). I really credit Vicky for her undying patience in my typing directions at her faster than she could get things done. Vicky you did it! Vicky you rock!  Well, I don’t know just what to say, You poet people made my day! It seems each time that I popped in, Another person made me grin! First Sharon sent a sweet bouquet, A lovely way to start my day, Then Noah’s note and dear sweet Nan, You poet people sure can plan! The site, the wondrous words, the thread, The heartfelt sentiments I read … You each have placed a smile right here, Upon this 40 year veneer. Did I say 40? Yes, it’s true … My 30’s ran away … they’re through! I tried to hold them back you see, But somehow they deserted me! I tried to run, I tried to hide, But 40 would not be denied! And so I shall accept my fate, Because you all … have made it great!!! ~*~ I’m afraid they wouldn’t let me take the day off work today, but I popped in to the site off and on, and you guys just kept me grinning all day.  You know … I think the best thing I did in these 40 years, was finding my way to this poetic haven, and all of you. I can’t even begin to tell you how much you all mean to me, For each and every sentiment, For each and every verse, For each and every graphic, For each and every one of you … Thank you so much.
