I spent most of yesterday shipping books. Those who would like to see the latest addition to our pipLibrary can point their browser to:

Visions on the Web

Those who responded to my RSVP a few days ago should probably have their books by Monday or Tuesday (except for a few much loved but discriminated against Canadians who actually live much closer to me but will likely get their books much later than others).

The RSVP was to confirm shipping addresses, so I could avoid sending packages into a postal black hole. Indeed, the real reason for this post is because, among those who didn't write back to confirm their addresses, I recognized several names who frequent our forums (including one persnickety Moderator).

If you have pre-publication books ordered and did not receive my RSVP, please email me with your current address.

WOW!
Now, how does one go about getting a poem included in the next offering? It would be a great honor to be seen in print with the likes of the passionate poets from this site.

Yay!!! Oh Ron, I had no clue there were books published here until reading a recent message in Deputy Mod Squad about the newsletter page! I am happy to hear about the next edition and I would like to add a little something to fill the next editions legions of poetic magic! Yay!!!

Ron,
I want to say thank you for this great opportunity to be included in amongst my favorite poets of all times, the Balladeers, the Nans, the Rons...the everyday poets who write from their hearts in an effort to bridge the distances, span the miles and maintain the links to that chain that connects us all. As an author in the first two anthologies, I hope I have the opportunity to be a part of the third and I thank you for your time and devotion to this enormous project. Yes, "I have felt that way too," and your forwards on both these books have been echos from my own heart. Thank you!

Oh geeze...um...Ron? I'm still in the same place, just never got confirmation. If it went to my hotmail account, it got lost when my junk folder got overloaded with 400 messages overnight and blocked all incoming mail until I could put a stop to it. Spam, it's what's for breakfast.....

Alicat the Persnikitty who is still here..honest!

Smiling...the book's cover is a pleasant invitation to "open me" and discover the talent that we have both on the Main site, as well as reading of poets that we have not met, informally, in the forums.

But I'm a begger now, and looking forward to the next book, Ron.  Bigger?  Better?  How could we go wrong?

Titus, I don't know if you're kidding or not, but ...
If you'll go to the top of this thread in Ron's message, you will see a link to click on to go to the info about the book. The name of the link is "Visions On The Web", which is the name of the book. The book I just got was the first one titled "Voices On The Web".
Now I've got to order my new one.
Hope that helps.
