I think it would be good to send kind thoughts and prayers to all those affected by the huge winter storm that has knocked out power and closed schools/businesses in the south and east. If you are among them, please stay warm and safe. Don't drive if you don't have to!!

Thanks, Sharon. I'm home safe and sound now. We here in Philadelphia didn't get hit as hard as other areas. We only got 7 inches. Of course, it seems like much more when the city doesn't bother to plow and salt the streets...arrrggggghhhh (despite what the mayor has been saying on televison), so either he is lying or he is being lied to. From his office he can see plowed streets, but nothing else has been done yet. Home sweet home! Nothing like it, especially in a snow storm.

I'm going out of town tomorrow to sit in on classes at my #1 choice for a university. It's supossed to clear up here, but there will still be ice! Pray for me!

Warm wishes to all of you out there.  I know we had a snowy day but not nearly as bad as some.  Stay warm everyone.!

Stay warm, read a book in front of the fireplace and remember that hugs are like little heaters.
