He he see how they got me confused...can't even spell the word provider right
Well, it's a big one this time, last for two days now and no end in sight, some can't even get their emails in.
The helpdesk first told me I had to delete and reinstall the external connection. Well, if they ever ask you to do that...DON'T... it took me the whole day and a lot of help from a local shop and my son in law to get things right again!!!
And then I found out provider HetNet had this major problem Argggg!!!! as if they couldn't have told me right away.
A darn nuissance it is. Have to use the account from my hubby to get on the internet, but have to use my own account to get my mail in, otherwise I get all his mail up here too LOL.
But thanks for your reply Karilea, sometimes it can be good to slow down a bit, then you get a chance to do other things.
