Our own Lyra has been in touch with a few of us...she is undergoing a few more treatments and as we know, that can really tire a person out! She will be feeling much better by the weekend, and intends to be back in here skittering all over, leaving little chestnuts of treasures here there and everywhere... so if you have a spare prayer for her just to feel a little better a little faster, now would be the time... She is really missing us big time! Passions Withdrawals is NOT a fun thing! |

A Prayer for Lyra shutter not the windows of the spirit though ill breezes may try to swirl knock on our smiles, so we may visit a furry little Chipmunk girl salt away some nuts for tomorrow and we shall give prayers for today leave behind any pain and sorrow as, all voices become one and say: Please, God, allow Lyra to get well and keep her spirit joyous. ~ ~ ~ tSR |

Thank you so much everyone, for praying for me and for thinking of me... I am hoping to be back here full time in a couple of weeks. Right now, I have radiation treatments every weekday until Apr. 30....and if I miss one, or the machine is down, they will add an extra day for each one I've missed. It wasn't too bad until a couple of weeks ago when the tiredness hit really hard. I sleep all the way there and all the way back in the car (its a good thing I'm not driving) and I developed radiation burns which are very painful. So I will be here as often as possible, which is probably not too terribly often for now...but after I recover from the radiation treatments, I hope to be back full time again. They say it takes a couple of weeks to recover from the side effects, so I'll probably be back here more by mid-May. Lyra...Passions is a special place, and it has a way of attracting special people...like you. You keep that little chin up, don't think for a moment that the prayers are not said by each and every one of us 24/7....and do what that wonderful husband of yours says to do...don't stress, don't wear yourself out, and above all, keep your attitude positive... or we'll come kick some behind... y'hear? |
