Ladies and Gentlemen, in what can only be called a miracle, five firefighters were found alive in the rubble of the World Trade Center. . . They were found in an SUV just within the half-hour. . . CNN reports that two of them walked out on their own, and that the other three were somewhat injured, but that they were in good condition. . . From USA Today: Firefighters Found Rescue workers say that they are still getting cell phone calls from people trapped inside the rubble, and that they are trying their best to locate them. . . My friends, please continue to pray that we might find more survivors. . . ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- To the world, you may only be one person. That is great to hear. I read in the paper before about a guy falling 80 stories and surviving! That is just miraculous!  "Kelly's my Hero!" "No, Kelly's your heroine." "Kelly has heroin??" "What?" |

Aren't those the ones that had fallen INTO the rubble though? Not ones that were in the building when it collapsed....at least I heard something about them finding 5 that had fallen into the rubble and were pulled out a few hours earlier. -Adam [This message has been edited by Kosetsu (edited 09-15-2001).] |
