I well Remember Super Bowl XXXI

and the hard fought conference Championships against a pair of Upstart Sophomore Expansion teams from This part of the United Sttaes

And O M GOODNESS HOw we in the SOuth were hoping AT LEASE ONE of the Expansion AND HOPFULLY BOTH would go the Super Bowl XXXI and UPEND EVERYBODY.

Yet tha tyear we proved to eh League That HEY, JACKSONVILE AND CAROLINA ARE FOR REAL!

Jacksonville went on to one additional AFC Title Game, And The Panthers have gone on to The Super Bowl. It was not meant to be this year however.
