Not very far from us, we live in the green zone, so were not effected. We did have ashes all over our cars and we could see the smoke and red sky glowing. The air is still terrible to breath, it is causing alot of respitory problems and burning watery eyes. Rain would be nice to clean out the air, but then that may cause mud slides if we get too much of it at once. Read my post above and maybe you might know someone who would like to help with the blanket project. It is a nice jester of love and concern for those who lost their homes.
